White Caps Inn is the perfect home for your next vacation! The large open floor plan is perfect for a big family or group of friends! The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The main floor has a private main floor bedroom suite with a full bathroom. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace perfect to sit around and read a good book! (queen sofa sleeper in the living room). Large dining table in the center of the house looking out to family room and kitchen. Gourmet Chefs kitchen with a HUGE center island, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and fully stocked to prepare delicious meals during your stay! The second floor has an additional king bedroom and Jack & Jill bathroom leading you to another room with 2 twin beds. Incredible Master bedroom suite with a huge private deck looking out at the palm trees! Also on the second floor is a bunk room perfect for kids! Take the spiral staircase up to the cupola for stunning ocean views!! (there is also a pull out ottoman twin bed up there for additional sleeping).
GREAT backyard with a private pool perfect for cooling off after a long day in the sun!
Carillon Beach is a private gated community on the west end of Panama City Beach. We are bound by the Gulf of Mexico to the south, Lake Powell to the west & Highway 98 to the north. It is the perfect location & atmosphere for a quiet, relaxing family vacation. The beach is one block south of the home. It takes less than a 5 minute walk and your feet are touching our Gorgeous white beaches! You have the choice between White Caps Inn's private pool, the beach, or one of Carillons three community pools, it doesn't get much better than that!
Everyone leaves White Caps Inn with wonderful memories and wanting to return next year, which explains all of our repeat guests! Please call or email Tara the property manager If you have any questions or are ready to book.
Rental includes beach service for 4 from March 1- October 31, weather permitting (4 lounges and 2 umbrellas).
The private pool is NOT heated. Accommodations can be made to heat the private pool at an additional cost of $350.00 per week.
The golf cart at the property is the Owners and can not be used by guests for liability reasons. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars & Carts if desired.
*New Updates in 2021* We just completed some wonderful updates at White Caps Inn.. All new stunning Quartz kitchen countertops, kitchen sink, kitchen faucet and main floor bathroom Quartz countertops, sinks, faucets. The private pool was resurfaced and pool deck repainted. Entire interior was repainted February 2021. New 65" QLED Smart TV in family room. 2 ceiling fans added to porch off the master bedroom. All new outdoor light fixtures. We are so exited to share our new updates with you!
The Community does charge a $35.00 fee per vehicle parked at the house.

Summary: Carillon gated community was great. It was so peaceful. It was an easy couple minute walk to the beach. We loved having the beach chair service. The pool was great and it was nice to have the outdoor shower to get the sand off. Our family especially enjoyed the coffee shop which was a couple minute walk. The kids were fasinated with the bells. Tara was amazing to work with. She responded promptly and took care of any problems we had immediately. The only negative was, I thought from the description there would be a bunk room with 4 beds. However the outside was better that the pictures with a nice table umbrella and astro tuff instead of grass. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed

Summary: This house was in a great neighborhood and location to the beach. We loved that we could stay in the neighborhood and walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Having a Beach wagon at the house for our use was very nice to have. Beach store and restaurants onsite were a plus as well! Would definitely rent from Tara again.

Summary: Overall, very satisfied with our stay at White Caps. Before our arrival, we weren’t quite sure how much use we would make of the backyard pool. During our stay, however, ocean riptides caused the beaches to be closed for two consecutive days. The pool ended up being a very welcomed and added bonus, especially for the youngest (and their parents) in our group. We found the lack of a pantry And/or sizable cabinet in the kitchen to be an unwanted surprise. Although we made it work, we never felt like the kitchen was very organized or tidy during our entire week… Snack bags, breads, cases of water, etc., always out. Tara, you are a five star host. Summary: We have been on other family vacations but this one was the best so far! The 5 kids loved the pool. The 6 adults loved the house and the location. The 2 sitting areas in the living room worked out great. The beach was a short walk. We have been to several places in Destin and Seaside but had never been to Carillon Beach. Tara was quick to get back to me when I had a question! We will definitely be back!

Summary: This is our third year in the house. The location of the home between the park and beach is ideal. It's perfectly setup for our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 boys) to each have our own space, with my parents taking the room on the main level. Tara is great host and always quick to respond with anything that might come up. Highly recommend!
